The original. Thirteen restaurants from the Foreshore to Florida Road, serving wood-fired pizzas, pasta and salads in the warmth of a proper Italian-South African trattoria. Reserve a table; bring the famiglia.
Delivery-first
Built for delivery. The Mega format — 45cm pizzas and big-share pastas — dialled in for Uber Eats and Mr D so the gather-round-the-table experience travels intact. Direct ordering on letsorder, with Click and Collect, too.
Our story
It started in Cape Town in 1992 — Kinga Baranowska and Michael Terespolsky, a passion for crafting something more than just a meal, and a tiny pizzeria with a wood-fired oven.
Three decades later we're still doing it the same way. Italian inspiration, South African heart. Hand-stretched dough, blistered crusts, fresh produce, and recipes you'll only find on our menu.

A taste of the menu
Twenty-plus signature pizzas, hand-rolled pasta, big salads, antipasti and bambini favourites — all made fresh, in-store, every day.
San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil. The classic, done properly.
Roasted butternut, chilli, feta, pumpkin-seed praline, rocket on a butternut & tomato base. A Col’Cacchio original since the early days.
Ham and pineapple. Sweet, simple, and a long-running favourite.
Béchamel, beef mince, mozzarella, cheddar, rosso onion, jalapeño. A signature on the spice side.
