Questions we get the most.
How does Vitality 25% back work at Col’Cacchio?
Discovery Vitality members earn up to 25% back on HealthyDining meals, and Vitality Kids earn up to 50% back on qualifying bambini meals. It applies both in-restaurant and on Uber Eats.
What is the Tasty Tuesday Trio and when does it run?
Every Tuesday, all day, for dine-in and takeaway collection: order three pizzas, pastas or salads and the cheapest one is free. It is a 3-for-2 on standard adult mains. It is not available for delivery or on the ordering apps, or at GO kitchens and Tribeca Mall. Piccolo lunch, bambini, cicchetti and antipasti, desserts and drinks are excluded, and it can't be combined with Kids Eat Free.
When is Happy Hour and what does it include?
Every day from 4 to 7 pm at selected restaurants: two-for-one cocktails, mocktails and draught beers at Cavendish, Durbanville, Haasendal, Paardevlei, Stellenbosch and Willowbridge. Salt Rock and GO Old Biscuit Mill offer Stella Artois draught only, and Canal Walk offers mocktails only. It can't be combined with other offers.
How does Kids Eat Free work?
Children 12 and under get a free bambini meal with each full-priced, standard-sized adult main at selected restaurants: Monday to Friday until 6 pm at Blouberg, Durbanville, Grove Mall, Haasendal, Paardevlei and Willowbridge; every day from 4 to 7 pm at Canal Walk and Haasendal; and all day at Belvedere Square, Meadowridge and Stellenbosch. Discounted items and Piccolo lunch meals are excluded.
Which offers apply at GO kitchens versus the sit-down Restaurants?
GO Hero Combos run on Uber Eats at participating stores. Tasty Tuesday Trio and Kids Eat Free are restaurant offers. Happy Hour runs at selected restaurants and at GO Old Biscuit Mill, which offers Stella Artois draught only. Each offer lists where it runs, and Vitality applies wherever the tile notes it.
Where can I redeem a Col’Cacchio gift voucher?
Col’Cacchio vouchers are electronic or print-at-home and are valid for 36 months. Redeem them in our restaurants, for sit-down or takeaway. They can’t be used on Uber Eats or Mr D.
Are the delivery deals the same on Uber Eats and Mr D?
GO Hero Combos run on Uber Eats at participating stores. The ordering apps also run their own promotions, which change often, so check the Uber Eats or Mr D app for what’s live at your store.
Do these offers apply to dine-in as well as takeaway and delivery?
Tasty Tuesday Trio is for dine-in and takeaway collection, and Happy Hour and Kids Eat Free are in-restaurant offers. GO Hero Combos are a delivery offer on Uber Eats. Multi-item in-restaurant offers require standard adult portions (no Mega for the in-restaurant 3-for-2). Offers run at participating stores, so check where each one applies.
