Col’Cacchio at home — coming soon
Wood-fired,
freezer-ready.
The same secret-recipe dough, the same handpicked ingredients, the same wood-fired bases — portioned, packed, and ready for your home oven. Launching late 2026. Sign up for the newsletter to know when the freezers light up.
The same dough
Hand-stretched. Wood-fired. Then flash-frozen.
Every base is made the same way as the ones in our restaurants — cold-fermented overnight, hand-stretched at the bench, blistered in the wood-fired oven. We flash-freeze them with the toppings on so the texture survives the freezer. 12 minutes in your home oven and they're as close as you'll get to eating in Camps Bay.

Common questions
The frozen-pizza FAQ.
Is the dough the same as in your restaurants?
That's the intention. Same flour, same hydration, same overnight cold ferment, same hand-stretch. The only planned difference is we flash-freeze before the topping fully sets.
How long will it last in the freezer?
Best-before date on the packet — typically 6 months from manufacture for premium frozen pizza. Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours. Final dates confirmed at launch.
Will the range be certified Halaal?
The launch range is unlikely to be Halaal-certified, but our Canal Walk restaurant is — find it on the stores page.
Will there be gluten-free or wholemeal options?
The launch range is the four classics. Gluten-free is on the roadmap; sign up to the newsletter and we'll let you know when it lands.
