Love at first bite,
and every bite since.
It started in Cape Town in 1992 — Kinga Baranowska and Michael Terespolsky, a passion for crafting something more than just a meal, and a tiny pizzeria with a wood-fired oven.
Three decades later we're still doing it the same way. Italian inspiration, South African heart. Hand-stretched dough, blistered crusts, fresh produce, and recipes you'll only find on our menu.

The same flour, the same hydration, the same overnight cold ferment, the same hand-stretch at the bench — in every restaurant and every GO kitchen. That's the secret-recipe dough, and it has never changed.

Margherita
San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil. The classic, done properly.
Norm's Pralina
Roasted butternut, chilli, feta, pumpkin-seed praline, rocket on a butternut & tomato base. A Col’Cacchio original since the early days.

Crema di Brisket Pasta
Slow-cooked pulled beef brisket, creamy mustard sauce, tomato salsa.
Insalata
Caprese Salad
Fior di latte mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, basil, balsamic glaze. Big enough for a main.

Chicken Livers
Chicken livers in peri-peri pomodoro sauce, served with ciabatta toast. To start, to share.
Bambini
Bambini Mac 'n Cheese
Cheddar cheese, seasoned white sauce, macaroni, toasted breadcrumbs. Kid-sized, same kitchen.
