Why GO exists

When the table moves, the pizza moves with it.

Pizza was designed to be eaten right out of the oven, on the table, with people. The challenge with delivery has always been preserving that moment.

Col’Cacchio GO is our answer. A fast-casual format built specifically for the delivery use case — bigger pizzas designed to travel, sturdier crusts that hold up in the bag, packaging engineered for heat retention, and a Mega format that brings the table experience back when ten minutes goes by between oven and front door.

Available on Uber Eats, Mr D, and direct via letsorder (with Click and Collect at participating stores). Currently 13 stores and growing.

What's the difference between Col’Cacchio Pizzeria and Col’Cacchio GO?

Col’Cacchio Pizzeria is our 12-restaurant sit-down format with a full menu (pizza, pasta, salads, antipasti, wine list, the works). Col’Cacchio GO is a delivery-first format — same wood-fired ovens, same dough, but a streamlined menu and the exclusive Mega 45cm format designed to travel.

Can I dine in at a GO store?

Most GO stores have a small counter or seating area, but the format is built around delivery and collection. If you want the full sit-down experience, head to a Col’Cacchio Pizzeria.

Where can I order Mega pizzas?

Mega pizzas are exclusive to Col’Cacchio GO stores on Uber Eats and Mr D. Coming to letsorder soon — not yet available at our sit-down restaurants.

How long does delivery take?

Average prep + delivery is 35–55 minutes, depending on distance and time of day. Live tracking on Uber Eats and Mr D. Friday and Saturday peak hours (18:00–20:30) typically run longer — we recommend ordering 30 minutes earlier than you want to eat.

Do you do Click and Collect?

Yes, at all GO and GO+ stores via letsorder, our direct ordering platform. Skip aggregator fees and pick up at the counter when ready.

What about minimum order values?

Minimum baskets and delivery fees are set by each aggregator per store — check Uber Eats / Mr D in-app before checkout. letsorder has its own collect / delivery thresholds shown at the basket.
