Vitality Active Rewards is a Discovery Vitality programme. When a qualifying reward is selected for use at Col’Cacchio, the rules below apply on our side. Discovery's full benefit rules govern eligibility, qualifying spend and selection mechanics; we don't administer those.
Redemption #
Each reward that is selected can only be redeemed at Col’Cacchio stores and can only be redeemed once.
This reward cannot be deferred, exchanged for cash or transferred.
The full value of the reward has to be redeemed on a single purchase. If less than the qualifying amount is spent, the balance of the reward is forfeited. No change will be given.
Validity #
The reward is valid for three months after selection. After that, it lapses and a new selection is required via the Discovery app.
Exclusions #
This reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher.
