Overview #
Col’Cacchio runs a periodic mystery-shopper programme to monitor service standards across our restaurants. Selected participants are asked to visit a Col’Cacchio location anonymously and complete a brief assessment in exchange for a meal allowance.
Eligibility #
Participation is by invitation only. Mystery shoppers must be South African residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Col’Cacchio, our franchisees and their immediate families are not eligible.
Participation #
Once invited, you'll receive a brief and a visit window. You're expected to visit the assigned restaurant within the window, order from the standard menu and submit your assessment via the link in your brief. Your visit must be your own bona-fide dining experience; we do not accept assessments from participants who did not personally attend.
How we use your data #
Your assessment is shared with restaurant management and the operations team for service-quality review. Personal contact details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation #
You can withdraw from the programme at any time by emailing us. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the programme without notice.
