General #
Promotions are run by Col’Cacchio (Pty) Ltd. Each promotion is subject to these general T&Cs and any additional promo-specific terms shown on the promo card.
Eligibility #
Open to South African residents 18 and over unless stated otherwise. Promotions exclude employees of Col’Cacchio, its franchisees and their immediate families.
Participation #
By participating you agree to these terms. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. One promo per order unless otherwise noted.
Channels & availability #
Some promos are restricted to specific channels (in-restaurant, Uber Eats, Mr D Food, letsorder direct) or specific store formats (Pizzeria, GO, GO+). Check the promo card.
Halaal stores #
Pork-substitution menus apply at Halaal-certified branches (currently Canal Walk). Promo applicability is unaffected, but item availability may differ.
Vitality #
HealthyDining cashback is administered by Discovery Vitality. We are not responsible for delays or rejections on Discovery's side. See Vitality at Col’Cacchio and Discovery's terms.
Cancellation & changes #
We reserve the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where amendments materially affect entrants, we'll post a clear notice on the relevant promo card.
